Day 6 - Sorry

Hi guys,


I know I said in my last post I would chuck some stuff up about cooking but unfortunately most of my day was taken up playing photographers assistant to my training partner Brock.   I got home later than I expected so I didn't get time throw anything together.  I had a great time helping Brock out and hope it's not the last time I do.  I will try my best to post some stuff about cooking tomorrow.  But until then...

Meal 1 - 1/2 a egg white pancake (1 cup egg whites, 3/4 cups oats)
Meal 2 - Subway (6" roast chicken on wheat with lettuce, tomato, capsicum, onion)
Meal 3 - 150g chicken breast, 150g brown rice
Meal 4 - other half of the egg white pancake (couldn't eat all of it the first time)
Meal 5 - 150g grilled cod
Meal 6 - casein pudding


A.M Cardio 20 mins - fast walk
P.M Cardio 20 mins - fast walk
