ReplyDeletehi are those supplements for 12 week or will you gonna need more of them?
ReplyDeletemost of them will last longer the 12 weeks. i will need to but more whey protein, meal replacemnts and extend. but these things are relatively cheap. and i will run out of noxpump pump. fat burners (green tea, yohimbe & l-carnitine) will only last the 12 weeks but things like the glutamine and creatine will last 6 months easily
